("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who access or use our services, including our website (www.joydrop.io) and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Use of the Platform
JoyDrop enables users to participate in interactive “drops” by engaging with video content (e.g., livestreams, educational content, short-form social media videos) and complete specified actions in order to earn digital or physical rewards.

We may modify, discontinue, or suspend access to any feature or functionality without liability.

4. Rewards and Campaigns
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity or duration.
- We do not guarantee receipt or fulfillment of any particular reward.
- Participation in drops may be subject to additional rules or conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of the drop.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward and to disqualify users suspected of misuse or fraud.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Access or use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
- Circumvent or attempt to game the system (e.g., using bots, VPNs to spoof location, or falsifying check-ins);
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content;
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users’ enjoyment;
- Use, copy, or distribute content not owned or authorized by you.

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and/or permanent banning.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including logos, software, design elements, and original content) is owned by JoyDrop, Inc. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Content
The Platform may display or link to content hosted by third parties (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). We do not control or endorse this content and disclaim any liability for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyDrop, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform in the past six months.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JoyDrop, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app messaging. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
